I love cooking and meal prepping for my kids, it means I know exactly what they are eating and it makes it easier to get the kids snacks and lunch faster so they aren’t waiting around for me to make them something when their “tummy is really hungry” as said by Aaliyah.
With Eli who is close to 9 months old we are doing a mix of purée and baby led weaning food. I love making him purées as I love mixing lots of veggies together for him. I have also started giving him his first spaghetti bolognese with a organic corn pasta that he loves.
With the older two kids who are 4yrs old and 5yrs old it’s more the snacks that I make in bulk and freeze. As they both eat what we eat for dinner
